You are working as an IT Support who establishes high performance and represents HOLOGATE and its Core Values in our team and to our customers. You are searching for new challenges and career advancement within IT Support.

Main Tasks

  • Remote support for hard- and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion
  • Prioritize and manage open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology

Skills

  • The ability to think logically
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills
  • The ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A strong customer focus
  • German and English fluent
