Job Description
As the HRGA Director, your responsibilities include:
- Leading overall human resources function, both in head office and in site areas
- Becoming a solid and supportive business partner to top managements
- Managing and handling end-to-end human resources, from recruitment, training, retention, and compensation benefit
- Analyze and adapt company policies and operating standards to keep improving and developing the organization to compete with current market situations
- Provide needed support by HR as a function to the overall organization
The Successful Applicant
In order to be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Fluency in English language, as you will be working closely with global team
- Over 15 years of working experience within HR, minimum of 5 years in top management
- Previous experience in working in a matrix organization
- Strong track record in managing end-to-end HR, especially within industrial relations, people & culture, and local HR practices
- Previous experiences in manufacturing, agriculture, mining, or plantation is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Willingness to travel frequently to site
