About Our Client

My client is an agri-focused company with multiple business units and presence in multiple countries.

Job Description

As the HRGA Director, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading overall human resources function, both in head office and in site areas
  • Becoming a solid and supportive business partner to top managements
  • Managing and handling end-to-end human resources, from recruitment, training, retention, and compensation benefit
  • Analyze and adapt company policies and operating standards to keep improving and developing the organization to compete with current market situations
  • Provide needed support by HR as a function to the overall organization

The Successful Applicant

In order to be a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Fluency in English language, as you will be working closely with global team
  • Over 15 years of working experience within HR, minimum of 5 years in top management
  • Previous experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Strong track record in managing end-to-end HR, especially within industrial relations, people & culture, and local HR practices
  • Previous experiences in manufacturing, agriculture, mining, or plantation is preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Willingness to travel frequently to site
