We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Creator (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with our product and performance teams to develop new channels and approaches.
- You are the person who not only stands behind your words, but also presents the content in front of the camera.
- Brainstorm, shoot, edit and produce video projects.
- You take responsibility for our social media content, planning, posting and editing content for our TikTok, YouTube and Instagram pages.
- You will work closely with our Performance Marketing team to develop successful advertising campaigns for our insurance solutions.
- Together with the Performance Marketing team, you are responsible for creating user-generated content advertising campaigns - in front of and behind the camera
- Together with the Performance Marketing Team, you are optimizing our content strategies and campaigns based on results and bring them to the next level with continuous testing.
Your Profile
- You are an active social media talent on various channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) who likes to create content of any kind such as texts, videos or audios and is proud to show us your heart and soul on these platforms.
- You have experience and knowledge in video editing with software programs like Adobe Rush, Premiere Pro, CapCut or others.
- You are not afraid to stand in front of the camera and present to a wide audience in the fields of health, insurance and finance.
- You speak German as a native speaker (or at C1 level)
- You live in Berlin and are willing to come to the office regularly to shoot videos with other team members.
- Experience in journalism, public relations or the creation of SEO-optimised content in the field of insurance and finance is a big plus.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Canva, sound design, animation etc. and design skills.
