Job Description

Tasks:

• You will adapt the ServiceNow system to the needs of our customers through configuration and forms programming
• You will take care of system housekeeping, mainly release and security updates
• You will advise customers on the possibilities of the ServiceNow
• You will analyze customer requirements and show possible implementation variants in the system
• You will define and document processes related to ServiceNow as a platform

Qualifications

Profile:

• Master's Degree in the field of Information Technology or comparable field of study
• Personality: able to work in a team, outgoing, flexible, communicative, and assertive
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Several years of professional experience in IT, preferred in the area of ServiceNow as a consultant/administrator role
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow technology, ITIL and IT administration, in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology (especially ServiceNow), certifications in ITIL would be an advantage
• Administration skills in ServiceNow, good presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of English, German would be a plus
