Room Attendant
Our 5-star hotel Hilton Auckland is looking for hardworking Housekeeping Superstars to join our Housekeeping family!
The Housekeeping department is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, making beds, and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.
Specifically, we are looking for:
- Room Attendants
- Public Area Attendants
- House person
Skills/Experience
We are looking for exceptional housekeepers with an eye for detail, positive attitude, and the ability to work individually as well as in a team, in a fast paced environment. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- MUST be flexible to work at least 3 shifts during the weekendand week
- Positive attitude and physically fit to work long hours
- Good communication skills and reliable
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Able to follow instructions
- Excellent grooming standards
- Comfortable cleaning public areas
- Preferably 1 year experience in a similar role
You MUST be eligible to work in New Zealand, holding a valid visa.
