维护整个工厂的质量体系,确保质量体系符合客户和公司客户要求。
Maintain and continuously improve Quality system and ensure quality system meets customer and company requirements.
ESSENTIAL or FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1.负责ISO9001PED,API6D,等体系的运行控制、日常维护和持续改进,确保质量体系持续满足行业标准及客户要求;
Responsible for the Quality system operational daily control, and continuous improvement of ISO9001PED, API6D, and other systems to ensure that the quality system continues to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
2. 负责各类质量体系的认证,确保认证证书持续有效,推进、改善;负责质量体系管理评审的策划和实施;
Responsible for Quality system certification, ensure that the certification certificate continues to be effective, responsible for the planning and implementation of quality system management review.
3.负责公司内/外审核的准备、跟进、改善措施汇总及效果确认;
Responsible for the preparation, follow-up, summary of improvement measures and confirmation of results of internal/external audits.
4.负责公司内部质量体系的相关培训;指导和监督质量体系在公司各部门实施的适宜性、充分性和有效性;
Responsible for the internal quality system training; guidance and supervision of the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the implementation of the quality system in each department.
5.负责文控系统优化和维护,符合行业和相关认证要求;
Responsible for the optimization and maintenance of the document control system, in line with industry and related certification requirements
6.主导公司的体系管理规划工作,体系文件的优化和落地执行监督;
Lead system management planning work, system document optimization and implementation supervision.
7.负责公司质量文件编写和指导,部门之间关系协调;
Responsible for the preparation and guidance of quality documents and the coordination of inter-departmental relations.
8.负责组织实施公司专项审核,年度内审,过程,产品审核等各类审核活动以及质量月,质量意识提升,质量文化宣传等活动;
Responsible for organizing and implementing various audit activities such as special audits, annual internal audits, process and product audits, as well as activities such as quality month, quality awareness promotion and quality culture promotion.
9.开展公司量,检具校准维护工作;
Carry out the measurement, gauge calibration maintenance work.
10.部门经理交办的其它工作;
Other works assigned by the Quality Manager.
11.在防止EHS事故发生方面投入最大限度的关注和良好的判断,并采取正确的行动;
Devote maximum attention and good judgment in preventing EHS accidents from occurring and take the right actions.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES)
1.学历和专业:
大学本科或以上学历,、机械加工、质量等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical Engineering, Quality Management
2.专业知识:
- 熟悉ISO9001体系标准, API6D,API607,PED,ATEX,SIL,CUTR标准,及国家特种设备认证规则 Strong understanding of ISO9001:2015, API6D,API607,PED,ATEX,SIL,CUTR,and China’special equipment manufacturing standards
- 具备内审员资质,具备质量管理知识 Qualified internal auditor with knowledge of quality management
- 掌握一定的数理统计学知识 Knowledge of mathematical statistics
3.工作经验:
- 5年以上质量体系建立、运行经验At least 5 years working experience in quality system
- 主导过公司质量管理体系内审、管理评审工作,具有流程梳理经验 Lead quality management system internal audit, management review work, with process procedure promotionexperience
- 熟悉品管7大手法,8D及相关质量管理知识 Proficiency with Qc,8D tools
- 有团队管理经验 Experience in team management
- 有铸锻造,机加工或阀门厂工作经验 Working experience in Casting and Forging, Machining or Valve factory
4.能力和技能要求
- 熟练使用计算机,熟悉MS-OFFICE等办公软件 Knowledge of job related software including Microsoft office;
- 有一定的英语交流能力 Good English oral and written
- 具备独立处理体系问题,推动整改的能力和经验 Ability to independently lead system audit and promote rectification and improvement;
- 熟悉相关质量控制和改进工具 Master quality principles and tools (e.g., MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, 8D etc);
- 较强的沟通和表达,协调能力 Strong communication and presentation, coordination skills
- 良好的人际交流能力 Good interpersonal communication skills
- 有较强的适应环境能力 Strong ability to adapt to the work environment.
