Job Description – Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor
We are a maintenance organization working for brand name clients across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, spread across the south east of the country. The Job – Overview
We have an opportunity for an office-based Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to join us and continue to provide the service that sets us out as an industry leader. You will work in a team of supervisors and report into an operations manager for the department.
Your Key Responsibilities
- The effective day to day supervision of on-going maintenance tasks and engineers
- To oversee operatives carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Assist with forward planning of works
- Provide guidance on building fabric maintenance repairs to the operatives on site
- To ensure client and H&S site procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure admin processes are adhered to
- Adherence to and completion of company & client reporting protocols with required timescales.
You will have
- Experience in Building Maintenance
- Experience in property maintenance, either residential or commercial
- Experience in supervising engineers within the maintenance and/or facilities sector
- An excellent understanding of customer satisfaction in repairs contracts.
- Effective IT skills.

Salary: £35,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
