Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Design and deliver e- learning courses, workshops, and other training
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. in- house training, sharing, coaching, job- shadowing, online training)
Build a Learning culture with various programs and initiatives
Keep track of budgets and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Help managers develop their team members following FOOD career ladder

Yêu cầu công việc:

BA degree, with a minimum of three years training experience in Retails, FnB industry
At least 3-4 years in Training/ OD/ Talent management or development experience.
Experience partnering with business managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English & Vietnamese skills
Strong project management and process development skills
Good consultative, organizing and influencing skills
Confident & dynamic, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels
