MindK, a technology consulting and software development company with a global client base, seeks an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our inbound marketing strategy to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

We are looking for you if:

  • You are a data-driven agile marketer - you understand the customer journey and know how to use organic, inbound marketing techniques to generate qualified B2B marketing and sales leads.
  • You are a self-motivated and adept problem-solver - proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have experience in selling product-oriented consulting and development services like industry-specific product development (for healthcare, education, finance, advertising or other), IT consulting, software re-engineering, DevOps & cloud engineering services, or similar.

Your responsibilities in this position will include the following:

  • develop and execute a company’s inbound marketing strategy that drives traffic and generates leads;
  • build, manage and execute the content marketing plan that involves insight-driven blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, ebooks, lead magnets, case studies, presentations, and so on;
  • optimize content for search engines and lead generation;
  • use A/B testing, heat maps, data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies for conversion;
  • work closely with external contractors, planning the scope of work according to the OKR format and monitoring their performance;
  • conceptualize, create, and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email and social channels;
  • collaborate closely with CEO and the sales and development teams to generate content strategy focused on converting visitors into clients;
  • conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

You’re a perfect candidate if you have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing in IT service companies;
  • a proven track record of content marketing strategies;
  • strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and SEO;
  • experience with PPC will be a plus;
  • experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads (will be a plus), Semrush/Ahrefs, Mailing services, and CRM systems;
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience;
  • strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher.
