On behalf of our client, a leader in Internet Services and Solutions with a large clientele in the private and public sector, we are currently looking for a talented HRMS Support Engineer, to join its highly-skilled team of professionals in Athens.
A day in the life of an ‘HRMS Support Engineer’
The right candidate will work on Time & Attendance and Leave Management. If you have experience and knowledge in HRMS solutions, especially in the areas of Time & Attendance and Leave Management, you will be able to be responsible for telephone & on-site support, system configuration in collaboration with the customer and our technical department, customer training and legislation monitoring. The position does not require the knowledge of a programming language but a good knowledge of Excel and SQL databases is necessary.
What you will need
- Experience of at least three (3) years in supporting medium and big-size organizations in Personnel Management using applications related to Time & Attendance and Leaves Management
- Very good knowledge of SQL databases
- Very good knowledge of Excel for data processing, using filters, functions, etc.
Great to have
- Knowledge of .NET/C#
- Good knowledge of configuration and administration of personnel management systems (e.g. SoftOne, Singular)
- Experience in managing ERP systems related to Payroll Management
- BSc and/or MSc degree in Computer Science
