HybridMission Systems is seeking a proven, high performing, HR professional (individual contributor) to fill a HR Partner role in supporting the Mission Systems Ejection & Propulsion program management and engineering teams. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will partner and collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives and translate them into HR strategies and tactics. The ability to execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.

This position will be worked hybrid 3-4 days a week onsite at our location in Fairfield, CA. Relocation assistance is available.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coach, partner and counsel leaders on topics from team effectiveness and talent development to culture transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Maintain a strong partnership with Collins HR colleagues, including HR Partners, Employee Relations Partners, Communities of Expertise and People Services, to efficiently support business needs.
Responsible for building organization and leadership development capabilities through the delivery and evaluation of leadership activities, tools and assessments aligned to the Leadership model, business strategy and operational goals.
Lead HR core processes including performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, and incentive compensation for their respective client groups.
Ability to travel as needed; up to 15%

Project management: Strong project management skills such as organization and time management will assist the HR business partner in effectively leading assigned projects toward completion.
Problem-solving & Independent starter: Human Resources Partner’s often must solve problems. In this role, you will have to be able to identify the problem and then come up with a solution to overcome it. You will have to be able to initiate and complete tasks without prompting.
Influential Leadership: As a Human Resource Partner, you need to meet the overall objectives of the company by influencing, working through, and motivating others to complete the tasks.
Collaboration: As a Human Resource Partner, you will have to work with and across various functions and programs to reach your objectives. You will have to be able to collaborate with a diverse group of thought partners and various parts of the HR organization to complete tasks.
Change management & communications: As a Human Resource Partner, having the ability to coach leaders facilitate discussions around change and transformation is key.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Must be a US Person
Preferred Qualifications:
This position will be worked hybrid in Fairfield, CA; candidates must be local to the site or able to relocate and have ability to work in a hybrid capacity
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with coaching and collaborating with executive leaders on complex HR issues
Ability to understand the total HR framework from strategy through implementation; possesses reasonably broad HR domain knowledge in areas such as Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Effectiveness, Compensation & Recruiting

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
