The Fruit People are market leaders in providing offices in Ireland with fresh fruit, healthy snacks, dairy products, and pantry items. We work with local artisan producers and our catering partners to curate a unique food beverage experience for our customers.
We are expanding the team and seeking a Customer Service Administrator. This is a temporary role supporting our Sales, Customer Service Operations Teams.
Our ideal candidate is well organised with great administration skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Call handling – inbound customer queries outbound customer service calls.
- Email communications – responding to customer enquiries via email in a timely manner.
- Customer administration – add/amend customers orders based on customers’ requirements.
- Complaint handling – dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner ensuring follow up to ensure resolution to customers satisfactions.
- Supporting where required the Office Coordinator, Sales and Operations Teams as well as Management Team
- Working closely with colleagues in other teams to ensure flow of information.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and written spoken levels of English.
- Efficient organisational skills and attention to detail are key.
- Strong administration skills, proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Effective team member with a problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast paced environment.
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
