Project Overview:
The project is building a SaaS platform for automated outreach and nurturing for their clients in B2B segment. Part of the platform is currently implemented by embedding a 3rd party product Agency Analytics to analyze their data. Agency Analytics is limiting the capabilities of the platform, doesn’t support custom data sources integration which is crucially important in further development of the solution. The goal is to Replicate the Agency Analytics platform, with a reduced scope using BI opensource tool with full flexibility of integrations with data sources, and best integration into the existing SaaS platform.
Customer Overview:
US organization helps mid-market companies and enterprises improve business decisions and outcomes within data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reports for our business intelligence systems.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Apache Superset.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with BI system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet Client’s needs.
- Work with development team members to ensure that BI solutions are integrated effectively with components of the system.
- Monitor and optimize BI systems performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
Skills/Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a BI engineer or related role
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards using Apache Superset.
- Proficiency in SQL, strong experience with data modelling, cloud-based data warehousing.
- Strong experience with ETL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift, Apache Airflow will be a plus.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
